K² ADEXOS is a comprehensive advertising management platform that provides tools for managing ad campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Twitter/X. Our Service includes AI-powered optimization, budget management, and analytics features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. API Access & Third-Party Platforms

Our Service integrates with third-party advertising platforms. By using our Service, you agree to:

• Comply with the terms of service of all connected platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Grant us necessary permissions to manage your advertising accounts
• Accept that we are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies
• Understand that platform outages may affect our Service availability

5. Subscription & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Sentinel AI & Automated Actions

Our Sentinel AI feature can automatically pause or modify campaigns based on your configured rules:

• You are responsible for configuring appropriate thresholds and rules
• We recommend using "Dry Run" mode initially to verify settings
• We are not liable for any financial impact from automated actions
• You can disable automated actions at any time

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, K² ADEXOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
